چکیده
In recent years, nutritional supplements from different sources have been widely considered to support medical treatments in patients affected by chronic hepatopathies. Their potential therapeutic benefit has recognized, but some evidence of safety issues reported. Recently it hypothesized that the liver could produce various bioactive factors maintain organ homeostasis and promote tissue healing. Thus, liver-specific preparations containing provide a suitable substrate for vitro study maintenance/healing, as prospective regenerative medicine approach. Furthermore, they represent dietary supplement or nutraceutical adjuvant therapies when correctly prepared formulated. This work aims data about biological activity freeze-dried porcine preparation. The lyophilized powder obtained whole tested term cell cytotoxicity (MTT assay) proliferation assays (bromo-deoxyuridine incorporation direct count) two types: human hepatoma HepG2 line adipose-tissue-derived canine mesenchymal stromal cells (At-MSCs). At concentration levels between 100 500 µg/mL, stimulated mitochondrial metabolism assessed MTT assay (p ≤ 0.001 At-MSCs) induced an increase bromo-deoxyuridine both types 0.01 p < At-MSCs). addition, count demonstrated higher proliferative treated At-MSCs 0.001). Although preliminary, these suggest whole-liver is noncytotoxic may stimulus proliferation. Further studies are needed detect components characterize deeper detail cellular pathways can modulate.

Effects of gamma radiation on adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells of human breast tissue
Background: During radiation therapy, stromal cells surrounding the tumor (e.g mesenchymal stem cells) may affect the treatment outcomes. We aimed to investigate the effects of gamma radiation on the mRNA expression of cytokines, DNA damage and population doubling time (PDT) of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ASCs). Material and methods: ASCs were enzymatically extracted from breast tis...

Background and Aims: Previous studies have shown that adipose-derived mesenchymal stem/ stromal cells are one of the sources of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) with the capacity to differentiate into various mesodermal cell lineages. MSCs with cytokines secretion capability, which contributes to repair damaged tissues have gained wide credence for future cell-based therapeutic applications. In th...
متن کاملDifferentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived From Human Adipose Tissue into Cholinergic-like Cells: In Vitro Study
Introduction: Cholinergic-associated diseases currently constitute a significant cause of neurological and neurodegenerative disabilities. As the drugs are not efficient in improving the suffered tissues, stem cell treatment is considered an effective strategy for substituting the lost cells. Methods: In the current study, we set out to investigate the differentiation properties of human adip...

background: despite major progress in our general knowledge related to the application of adult stem cells, finding alternative sources for bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mscs) has remained to be challenged. in this study successful isolation, multilineage differentiation, and proliferation potentials of sheep mscs derived from bone marrow, adipose tissue, and liver were widely investigate...
